Break Out Moment: The Sage Wolves
Covering the vast flatlands of the Midwest, the Sage Wolves, one of our (3) Founding Teams, is currently in last place and trailing in the point total standings. But as more members join — the Wolves also control the territories of Canada, Siberia, all of Australia and The Middle East — the climb out from the cellar has begun.
The Wolves have talent. One recent pick-up was Cory Brown, of Minnesota, who has proven to be a Challenge superstar, blazing through pretty much all of our summer and fall Challenges, and giving our baking pros like Gin Sanders of The Gazers and Lori S of the Monarchs competition in the kitchen. Furthermore, team leader Philip Cress, of Columbus, Ohio, has also racked up his Clams and Team Points for dominating our late summer Neverending Tomato (notable mention for embarking on an inventive quest to create his own tomato wine, topping his moving family account of the Purist Picnic, inspired by the French pointillist painter George Seurat.
